2-Salami from Salumi (Seattle), both fennel and mole

3-Goat cheese 'cherries' from Fromagerie Soreda (France), one plain, the others coated in herbs, ash and paprica respectively

4-Extra Dark (82%!!) chocolate from Scharffen Berger

5-2004 St. Cosme Cotes-du-Rhone
